Jessica Ramsey creates vibrant contemporary paintings inspired by the feminine spirit, the natural beauty of East Tennessee, and the symbolic connections between humanity and the natural world. Drawing on more than 20 years of fine art experience and a professional background in interior design, her mixed-media works blend bold color, expressive mark-making, and modern aesthetics to evoke joy, movement, and the sacred beauty of everyday life.

Deeply rooted in her region’s creative community, Jessica is recognized as a Blackberry Mountain artist and a featured artist for the Flatrock Motorclub. Her impactful work has caught the attention of cultural icons; notably, three of her original pieces are held in the permanent collections of Dollywood and the Dollywood Foundation, including a custom butterfly piece created for Dolly Parton herself.
